When you get in touch
PogoWeb collects the details you choose to provide in the inquiry form: your name, business, email, optional phone number and website, service area, project needs, timing, and message. Please don’t include passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information.
How your information is used
We use these details to review your inquiry, respond to you, discuss project fit, and prepare a proposal if appropriate. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database managed by PogoWeb. Only authorized account access is used to review these records. We do not display inquiry details publicly or sell inquiry information.
Website statistics
We count page views, website-check clicks, and form starts by day and page. These aggregate statistics do not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, unique visitor identifiers, or form contents. This measurement uses no tracking cookies and respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Cloudflare may separately process technical request information to operate and protect the website.
Cookies and third-party resources
We do not install advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the technical request information needed to deliver them. Following the Instagram link takes you to Instagram and its own privacy practices.
Questions and deletion requests
Email hello@pogowebdesign.com or contact @pogoweb on Instagram to ask about your inquiry or request deletion. Include your inquiry reference if available. We may need to verify the request before changing or removing a record.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the site’s contact methods, tools, or information practices change.
